*This week is somewhat of a deload as we will be going heavy next week!
Day 1:
A: Power Snatch- 6 singles, building based on feel. DO NOT attempt to PR! Don’t go heavier than 80% of your best here.
B: Press- build to a heavy single. If feeling good, go for a new 1RM.
C: Stiff Legged Deadlift- 2x5@90% of last week’s working sets.
Day 2:
A: Incline Bench Press- Build to a heavy set of 5
B: Pendlay Row- 2x5 -Use the same load as last week and try to improve proficiency.
C. Box Squat- 3x2 -building, aim to finish at, or around your loading for your ‘heavy 4’ from week 8.
Day 3:
A: Power Clean + Jerk- 6 singles, building based on feel. DO NOT attempt to PR! Don’t go heavier than 80% of your best here.
C: Snatch Grip Deadlift- build to match last week’s heavy set.
