Day 1:

A: Power Snatch- 2RM

B: Bench Press- 3RM

C: Stiff Legged Deadlift- 3x5 *Only go as heavy as 90% of last week’s working sets

Day 2:

A: Push Press- 2RM

B: Pendlay Row- 5RM

C. Box Squat- Heavy 4

Day 3:

A: Power Clean + Jerk- 2RM

B: Dips- 5M

C: Snatch Grip Deadlift- 5RM
