This is just a reminder that the Youth Program will be continuing this Saturday, February 9 from 10am to 10:45am. For the rest of February, the Saturday Youth Program classes will be complimentary and the 10am hour will be available for Open Gym! This youth class is for Level 1 which is the youngest age group (roughly 3-6 years). As the program and demand grows, we will start adding older age groups consisting of training for basic athletic development. Just to clarify; though very similar, this is NOT nor will it ever be, CrossFit Kids. This is the Fulcrum Athletics Youth Program and it is designed to safely strengthen and prepare youths (especially the older kids) for athletic competition, not just do a “WOD”.
