b) Pullup work~ 10-15 Minutes

c) 3 Set, 1 Min Rest b/t sets:

SA DB Clean and press x8/ arm
SA DB Swing x10

*Complete the clean and presses and swings on same side before switching arms.  One set is finished after both arms have been completed.

L2: a) Hang Clean & Jerk~ Max

b) Front Squat~ Max

L3: a) Clean & Jerk~ Max

b) Front Squat~ Max
