This is a partner-workout, teams of two.  Please try to partner with someone who is not in the same level as you!

For Time:

Row 1000M
100 Push Ups
100 Squats
100 Sit Ups
Burpee Broad Jump 45ft down and back
50 Push Ups
50 Squats
50 Sit Ups
Overhead Walking Lunge 45ft down and back
400M Sand Bag Run Relay

*You may break the reps up between partners any way you like except the row must be 500M each
