b) Sots Press~ 3×3

c) Back Squat~ 95% x1x3

d) Snatch Segment Pull~ 3×1

*Try to increase the weight a little from last week if possible

L3: a) Snatch~ 80% x1x3

b) Clean & Jerk~ 80% x1x3
