*This workout is an exercise in pacing. Use the clock to set a sustainable pace and stick to it! In scoring this workout, make sure you track your rounds for the first half of the workout, as well as the second 12.5 minutes. Your score is the difference between the first half and second half of the workout. For example, if in the first 12.5 minutes, you get 15 rounds, in the second 12.5 minutes you get only 12 rounds. That’s a difference of 3. Your score would be 3. The higher the difference, the worse your score.
