**Keep in mind there is NOT a 9am class today, there will be an 8am though.  Some of us will be going to CrossFit Boost in Brockton, MA to attend a workout and fundraiser to benefit Sgt. Daniel Vasselian, a local fallen Marine.  All are welcome to come watch/ workout and donate only $10!  It starts at 9:30am so a bunch of us will leave Fulcrum around 9am.

A. Strength Priority- 15 Min
On your own or With a Partner:
20 Min AMRAP-
5 Pull Ups or 10 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
