What this day really is, is active recovery. Technically, it is a programmed day of rest. However, this does not mean you should not be coming to the gym! Those of you who know there are things you need to work on, whether it be muscle ups, pistols, handstand pushups, etc… this is the day! There will be available instruction during the class times for whatever you need. If you do not know what you need to work on, just ask! I guarantee we will find some problem areas!
*There is no 7pm class on Fridays!
