*Team Members will take turns rowing 20 CAL Intervals. While Team Member 1 is Rowing, Team Member 2 Will be Holding an FLR. Team Member 3 will be resting. Team Member 3 will rotate onto the rower and Team Member 1 Will move into an FLR while Team Member 2 is Resting. Rotation will continue until 300 CAL is reached. You Must stop rowing if an FLR is broken.
