20 Burpees AFAP- Each Partner
In this workout, Partner 1 will complete their Burpees, then rest while Partner 2 completes theirs. Partner 1 will complete their run and then rest while Partner 2 completes their run. Partner 1 will work through their 50 Push Press while partner 2 rests. Partner 2 will not start on their reps until Partner 1 has completed ALL 50 of their reps. Continue in this manner until Finished
