Olympic weightlifting classes are based on the classic lifts: the Snatch, the Clean and Jerk, and their variants. The Attleboro weightlifting gym holds classes in this discipline on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, from 6:30am to 8:00am, and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 6:30pm to 8pm. The classes are free for Unlimited Membership clients. It is also available to non-members for those who wish to focus on improving their weightlifting techniques.

Participants must undergo a basic weightlifting assessment prior to beginning a more specialized program in Attleboro, to ensure they are fully prepared for the physical demands of weightlifting. Clients will be given their individual program of training over an eight week block period, which they must commit to attending.


As one of the only USA Weightlifting sanctioned clubs in the area, we are one of the only gyms that has actively competing weightlifters and programs for competitors those that just want to focus on Olympic style weightlifting.

Weightlifting is arguably the best form of strength and power training for athletes involved in ground-based sports. Due to the rate of force production and speed in change of direction that can be generated through the improvement in the skill of weightlifting, it would be invaluable for any athlete to train in the off-season.

The weightlifting cycles can be trained anywhere from twice to five times a week, dependent on the needs of the individual. Each program has a basic template for which is tailored to the skill level of each person.
