Members, please schedule your nutrition consultations by emailing either bryce@fulcrumathletics.net or nick@fulcrumathletics.net.  We will start meeting with you as of June 1st!  Please include your height, weight and age in your email.  In preparation for your consultation, we will need a 3-6 day (consecutive) food journal.  Leave nothing out whether you feel bad about it or not!

What to expect from your initial consultation:

1.  A discussion of your health and fitness goals and the current program you are on, challenges and successes.

2.  A baseline calculation of your energy needs, and macro-nutrient percentages based on your goals.

3.  A discussion and list of optimal foods and how to implement it into your lifestyle in order to achieve those goals.
