Members, please schedule your nutrition consultations by emailing either or  We will start meeting with you as of June 1st!  Please include your height, weight and age in your email.  In preparation for your consultation, we will need a 3-6 day (consecutive) food journal.  Leave nothing out whether you feel bad about it or not!

What to expect from your initial consultation:

1.  A discussion of your health and fitness goals and the current program you are on, challenges and successes.

2.  A baseline calculation of your energy needs, and macro-nutrient percentages based on your goals.

3.  A discussion and list of optimal foods and how to implement it into your lifestyle in order to achieve those goals.
