Step #1: Schedule a Free Consultation or Intro Class

Get in touch with us. We want hear about your fitness goals so that we can recommend the most optimal training path for you based on your ability, experience and goals.

Step #2: Assessment

As a group of trainers, it is important for us to know how you move, what your abilities are, and what your limitations are. This will determine the optimal fitness training path for each client. We need to be sure that you move and are able to lift safely, and that you have an adequate level of basic strength to begin training. This assessment will help to ensure that you start with the appropriate training path. Here, you'll get a detailed explanation of how our programs run, instruction on movement and how to lift safely, and basic nutrition. Based on your ability, your trainer will recommend the optimal training path for you so that you will get the most out of your time spent at the gym.

Step #3: Membership

There are a few membership options. Based on your assessment, fitness goals and ability, we will be able to recommend the optimal training path/ membership for you whether it be basic strength & fitness, CrossFit or Weightlifting.

So long as you're able to eat right, lift heavy, and push yourself consistently, you'll see the results you desire.
