Step #2: Assessment
As coaches, it's important for us to know how you move, what your abilities are, and what your limitations are. We don't want to just guess. To begin training, the assessment will help to ensure that you start with the appropriate program. Here, you'll get a detailed explanation of how our programs run, instruction on movement and how to lift safely, and basic nutrition. Based on your ability, we will recommend the best fit program for you, so that you will get the most out of your time spent at the gym.
Step #3: Membership
There are a few membership options. Based on your assessment, fitness goals and ability, we will be able to recommend the best fit membership option based on training frequency, and whether you want to focus more on strength/ weightlifting, or CrossFit.

Everyone here has the same underlying goals; to be fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It doesn't matter how out-of-shape you think you are, or whether you were, or are, an athlete. The common quality we look for in our clients and members is a positive mindset, and a desire to improve. Beyond that, NOTHING else matters.
