Nate is a graduate of Emmanuel College with a B.A. in Accounting. He played some basketball in high school, but loved playing all sports growing up. He started CrossFit a little over a year ago, and hasn’t looked back since. Love for the “Sport of Fitness” grew to where he wanted to not only partake in the fitness of his “fitness family,” but also contribute to their success, which gave him the drive to begin coaching. After training at Fulcrum for about a year, with focus on technique development and improvement in the weightlifting program, Nate passed his CrossFit L-1 training course and began coaching!

Nationally Registeted EMTKelley joined the military in late 2007 as a medic and is still actively serving in the MA Army National Guard. She transitioned through different positions and has had great opportunities to expand her knowledge on discipline and fitness through the military. Everything from being a graduate of the United States Army Drill Sergeant School, to becoming Airborne qualified, she first experienced CF in 2009 from a friend in the service, but didn’t become really familiar with all of its entirety until joining Fulcrum Athletics in 2014.
